Nice hotel. The rooms are different, but all are in excellent condition. Excellent location of the hotel. From the station 7 minutes on foot. I recommend.
I travel A LOT and stay in all sorts of accommodation from 2 to 5 stars, but it has been literally decades since I experienced an attitude as crass as I have found in Tulip Warsaw Targowa. ||It was my first time staying in a property of the …
I totally do not recommend. The hotel has unpleasant receptionists. The room was not cleaned well. The smell was not good when I entered I had to open the window. They do not deliver iron to the room and in the laundry room there is a washing machine but zero chemicals. It appeared you have to buy them yourself 😂 They also did not allow me to use the parking to when checking out😅
No one on the the front desk seems to understand they are working in hospitality, not the civil service. If there is a failure of any kind (especially of the hotel's doing), you'll get a barrage of excuses why it can't and won't be addressed. A kafkaesque experience.
In particular, the front desk manager (who occasionally responds on here) is exceptionally unhelpful and patronizing.
If, like me, you are someone for whom service matters, think carefully before making a booking here. I made the big, big mistake of booking a non-refundable stay - absent that I would have been gone somewhere else within 30 minues of checking in. The facilities themselves are new but underequipped - you get the feel this all has been put together solely for a quick buck and without concern for repeat business.
I regret not paying more attention to the one star reviews, as everything had already been said there.
spent a couple of days here, more than comfortable for what we needed, breakfast was also good, shame about some of the staffs attitude, bar closes very early to suit themselves, we found that very strange.
The new name of the hotel is Spider's Lair!!!
It's terrible...everything started so well, we were checked into a room, everything was quick and easy, after several hours of rest I noticed a huge spider near the bed, then another one near the window... I breathed a sigh of relief, calmed myself down and went for a walk. After returning home, another huge spider was sitting on the window. It was already impossible to sleep. You can't open the window for ventilation, because there is no mosquito net, there were still 5 spiders outside the window, I'm shocked.
Another story is the lack of Wi-Fi, which seems to be there, but it doesn't work...I'm passing through Warsaw and I don't understand why I can't get the minimum comfort: good internet and no spiders!!!
The room is small, but comfortable. My impression was completely spoiled!
Great place to stay, we really loved it. Friendly staff and very great breakfast with local dishes. Walking distance to old town for people, who love to walk. Wifi works as expected and better than most wifis in hotels. Modern and clean rooms.
Very disgusting service! Total disrespect for customers. I made a mistake with the dates of my reservation and they refused to change the dates, even though it was easy to do. The hotel management is extremely disrespectful and …
